wuhnurth_festival.JPGWuhnurth Music Festival has updated their website with quite a bit of information that was not present just two weeks ago. I did not catch this update before; my apologies!

First things first - Wuhnurth Music Festival takes place from September 12th - 14th at The Water Bowl in Muncie, Indiana.

Tickets are available online currently via FM Music. The cost of tickets is listed below:

  • Pre-order Full Weekend: $30.00 USD
  • At-gate Full Weekend: $40.00 USD
  • Day Passes: $10.00 /day

Wuhnurth Music Festival Tickets

I imagine the day passes do not allow you to stay and camp over night - otherwise it would be cheaper to buy three seperate day passes. I will clarify before the festival kicks off!

The last time I updated information about Wuhnurth - they had not posted the line-up to their website. That has changed and Tea Leaf Green is headlining.

Check out the current line-up after the jump!

220px-Nas_2006.jpgRock the Bells has just released the latest set times and schedule for the next scheduled stop in Denver, Colorado this weekend.

The Rock the Bells website in my opinion is horribly designed so it has been difficult to find information about this festival. I have a friend of mine who is flying out to Denver this morning to attend Rock the Bells and he should return with a nice set of photos for Festival Friendly.

Tickets for the festival are available online via Ticketmaster at the link below! The prices vary from $44.50 - $74.50 USD.

Check out the line up after the jump! We should have our own photos posted online early next week!

jambase_dotcom_logo.gifJambase.com has posted a review from the Madison Roots Festival that took place on August 2nd in Madison, Wisconsin.

This review was written by James Parker. There is no mention of a particular photographer so I assume James took the photos as well.

Madison Roots Festival did something I have never seen before at a festival. One of the stages was actually powered by festival-goers who were bicycling to create energy in order to power all of the equipment on stage. That is a really great feature in my opinion - especially how society in general is beginning to change their habits in energy consumption.

The Seattle Hempfest has a very clear objective and purpose:
"To educate the public on the myriad of potential benefits offered by the Cannabis plant, including the medicinal, industrial, agricultural, economic, environmental, and other benefits and applications, including domestic industrial hemp production and commerce. In particular, Seattle Hempfest seeks to advance the cause of Cannabis policy reform through education, while advancing the public image of the Cannabis advocate or enthusiast through example."

This year Seattle Hempfest will be celebrating it's 17th year and will be celebrating this year with the theme of Industrial Hemp.

The festival will feature five stages of music and will feature the largest gathering of Hemp and Marijuana policy speakers in the world.

Please check out the official website listed below for full line-up information along with a list of all the speakers who will be in attendance.
