Summerfest has made another announcement regarding the 2008 lineup for the festival. Both Alicia Keys and John Mayer have now been confirmed as performers at Summerfest.
Alicia Keys is the 8th artist announced and will be performing on July 1st at 7:30PM at the Marcus Ampitheatre. Alicia is a five-time Grammy Award winner including Best New Artist and Best R&B Album.
John Mayer will be playing at Summerfest on July 2nd at 7:30PM. John Mayer's first album debuted in 2001 and since then he has had nothing but success in the music industry. John is also a five-time Grammy Award winner along with Alicia.
Opening for John Mayer will be vocalist and songwriter Colbie Caillat. She burst onto the music scene last year with the hit "Bubbly." Since that time it has hit the Billboard Top 5 on four seperate occasions. I am definitely going to look Colbie up - I have never heard of her.
